Defendant objected to expert's testimony that a peer review process (second examination) confirmed his findings. The court held that the statement was "merely cumulative of the exeprt's own uncontested findings, and there was other evidence to support defendant's convistion . . . ." Defendant did not challenge the experts conclusions from his own examination.
