CSAFE is happy to announce that Kristen Hanson has accepted the role of Administrative Specialist. A native of Runnells, Iowa, she brings extensive experience in event planning –– something she plans to use to help with CSAFE’s many meetings and conferences.
“I will get to use my skills to keep the office organized & running: scheduling meetings, managing day to day office operations, being a point of contact for the office,” Kristen said. “Basically, I get to help people all day –– and that is my passion!”

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Leisure, Youth & Human Services with Emphases in Programming & Tourism and a Minor in General Business Concepts from the University of Northern Iowa, Kristen went on to serve as Event Coordinator at Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino, and most recently worked as Sales & Wedding Coordinator.

When asked what she most looks forward to in her new position with CSAFE, she said, “I love organization and people, and CSAFE provides a great mix of that with lots of diversity.”

Kristen Hanson is an excellent addition to the CSAFE team. To learn more about some of the events Kristen will coordinate, check out the CSAFE events page
