American Academy of Forensic Sciences (AAFS) Annual Scientific Meeting

The meeting theme is “Science Matters” with initiatives that include a continued focus on research, fostering the research culture in forensic science, and expanding and integrating forensic science research within the broader scientific community.  Open sessions include topics such as “Forensic Science in the Public Eye: Diversity, Research, and Communication” to “Accreditation of Forensic Science Academic Programs Through the FEPAC” and scientific sessions include criminalistics, anthropology, engineering sciences, questioned documents, psychiatry and behavioral sciences and more.
